Senior Project Manager / Director – Project Services Hub

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a senior leader to join its Project Services Hub in Perth. You will manage high‑impact projects across multiple sectors, building strong client relationships and delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating specialists and sub‑consultants to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the practice.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring project success and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering large, complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven construction‑stage experience and strong understanding of project management principles, controls and governance.
• Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Prior consulting experience in engineering or project‑management firms is highly regarded.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility for security clearance for Defence projects (preferred).
