Senior Project Manager – Design & Construct Fit‑Out

About the role

This client‑focused position involves guiding commercial office fit‑out projects from the earliest strategic stages through to completion, helping clients translate workplace strategy and brand identity into built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver commercial fit‑out projects on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary client contact, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, mentorship and support.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive programme, cost and quality outcomes across multiple projects.
• Implement construction management systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction or fit‑outs.
• Proven end‑to‑end project delivery experience.
• Strong interest in workplace strategy and brand integration.
• Excellent leadership and client‑facing communication skills.
• Well‑versed in construction systems, processes and compliance.
