Senior Project Manager – Cards & Payments (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of integration activities that move Indue’s clients, products and systems onto Cuscal’s acquiring platforms. This 12‑month fixed‑term role works across technology, operations, product and client teams in a fast‑paced payments environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor integration initiatives and client migrations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency and successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage internal stakeholders and external clients to provide a smooth transition experience.
• Drive governance, reporting and communication to meet strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale integration or transformation programmes.
• Background in payments, cards, acquiring or broader financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology groups.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset focused on working as one team.
