Senior Project Engineer – Water Infrastructure

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead civil work packages on the Binduli Reservoir project, a new water storage facility serving the Kalgoorlie region of Western Australia. You will report to the Project Manager and work a 2&1 FIFO roster from Kalgoorlie, gaining exposure to a major regional infrastructure programme.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of concrete, earthworks and structural work packages, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.
• Guide technical solutions, resolve complex site challenges daily and coordinate subcontractors, plant and resources.
• Monitor programme outcomes, support planning decisions and mentor site engineers.

Required profile

• Current Construction Induction (White) Card.
• Degree in civil engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a site‑based construction role.
