About the role
Ready to manage your first project? This position offers a senior project coordinator the chance to transition into a project manager role within an established South Australian commercial builder.
Key responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve design issues, handle client interactions, and oversee commercial details.
- Work closely with senior project managers, taking ownership of large project components while receiving mentorship and support.
Required profile
- Several years of experience supporting senior project managers on commercial construction projects.
- Proven ability to keep projects moving, manage stakeholders, and take responsibility for significant project sections.
- Motivation to step up into a project manager position and lead a project independently.
