Senior Product Manager - Pay

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, experience and roadmap for Pay products across Australia and New Zealand, driving commercial outcomes and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch to end‑of‑life, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute product strategy, roadmaps, pricing models and value propositions for existing and new Pay products.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and customer feedback to shape future product development.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate delivery with technology partners and external innovators.
• Ensure compliance with AU & NZ regulations and manage risk across the product value chain.
• Drive operational efficiency by championing process improvements and cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product and portfolio management experience, preferably in credit‑card or consumer finance products.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, business‑acumen and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools for insights, automation and reporting.
