Senior Product Manager - Growth

About the role

Stake is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Growth to join its Product team in Sydney. You will own the end‑to‑end growth systems that drive customer acquisition and retention, working closely with Marketing, Data, Engineering and senior stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the business case and growth systems (attribution, lifecycle journeys, rewards, experimentation frameworks).
• Build capability across Marketing, Product, Data and Engineering to leverage these systems effectively.
• Frame ambiguous problems, make high‑quality trade‑off decisions and evaluate partner capabilities against the growth strategy.
• Partner with Heads of Function and Product Owners on domain sequencing and prioritisation.
• Mentor junior product managers and influence senior stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Ops, Finance) without formal authority.
• Anchor the growth domain within the Marketing pillar and contribute to FY27 customer acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to set strategy and make high‑quality trade‑off decisions under ambiguity.
• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional programmes to measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer insight and regulatory realities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior leadership.
