Senior Product Designer - B2B Self-Service Platform

About the role

Aquent is partnering with a leading telecommunications provider to recruit a Senior Product Designer in Melbourne. The team is redesigning a core B2B self-service portal used by medium-sized businesses to manage orders, requests, billing and other services. You will act as the squad's execution lead, working closely with a Strategic UX Lead who sets the macro-strategy, and turn it into pixel-perfect, functional web UI/UX.

Key responsibilities

• Own the tactical end-to-end interface design for key areas, including the Home Page and the Products & Services portal.
• Build and maintain scalable UI components, interaction patterns, state mappings and developer-ready assets in Figma.
• Work with Product, Engineering and the Strategic UX teams to turn complex business logic into intuitive web flows.
• Produce clear, comprehensive design specifications for a smooth handover to developers.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing complex enterprise web platforms, intricate portals or data-dense dashboards, with a strong B2B focus.
• An obsessive attention to detail on edge cases, system states, design systems and component architecture.
• A squad-first, collaborative approach that thrives in an agile team environment.

Required skills

• Balanced UI/UX skillset: strong visual design foundations and pragmatic user flow and interaction design.
• Figma.
