Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead procurement and supply chain engagements for our clients. You will manage workstreams, build client relationships and translate insights into actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end workstreams, planning, managing dependencies and delivering high‑quality outputs on time.
• Develop executive‑ready storylines and recommendations for clients.
• Engage proactively with clients, ensuring clear communication and focus on outcomes.
• Build expertise in strategic advisory, leveraging technology and data to achieve results.
• Contribute to team development through coaching and improving delivery practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Law, Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in procurement or supply‑chain consulting.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver structured, high‑quality outputs.
• Strong analytical and executive‑level communication skills.
• Comfort with digital and AI‑enabled ways of working, including Microsoft’s ecosystem and GenAI productivity patterns.
• Experience managing client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

What we offer

• Base salary $95,000‑$110,000 AUD per year.
• Full‑time permanent role based in Sydney.
