Senior Procurement Specialist - IT & Marketing

About the role

An industry-leading retailer with a strong brand and loyal client base is hiring two Senior Procurement Specialists, one for IT and one for marketing. The fast-growing procurement function offers progression to Category Manager. The role is based in Docklands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT and marketing goods and services
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and define sourcing requirements
• Prepare and manage sourcing documentation to support supplier selection
• Review supplier proposals and commercial information
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
• Maintain procurement records and monitor supplier arrangements
• Identify ways to improve procurement processes across the categories

Required profile

• Experience managing procurement across IT or marketing categories
• Ability to run sourcing processes from requirements gathering to supplier selection
• Experience reviewing supplier proposals and commercial terms
• Strong commercial negotiation capability with suppliers
• Ability to work with stakeholders to clarify purchasing needs and priorities
• Experience maintaining accurate procurement documentation and supplier records
