Supply Planner – FMCG Procurement & Distribution

About the role

Join the Growth Channels & Customer Supply Chain team as a Supply Planner focused on third‑party procurement and distribution planning. You will ensure products are available where and when customers need them by managing procurement, replenishment, and distribution across domestic and international manufacturing partners in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and replenishment plans to support service, inventory, and customer outcomes.
• Optimise inventory deployment across the national distribution network through effective DRP planning.
• Proactively identify supply risks and coordinate solutions to maintain continuity of supply.
• Support product launches, range changes, and planning system readiness activities.
• Maintain accurate SAP planning data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in supply planning, inventory planning, procurement planning, or a related supply‑chain role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment planning, and DRP processes.
• Confidence using data and insights to solve problems and make informed decisions.
• Skilled at building positive relationships and partnering with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
