Senior Planner for Major Greenfield Rail Project

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Planner to shape the master schedule for a major greenfield rail project on the Sunshine Coast. You will work on the CoastalTraX program, delivering 19 km of new dual‑track passenger rail, stations and viaducts, supporting Queensland’s infrastructure growth ahead of Brisbane 2032.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule in Primavera P6, linking design, procurement and construction activities.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks early and produce clear progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Support critical path analysis, recovery planning and sequencing in collaboration with engineering and commercial teams.
• Integrate multi‑discipline interfaces across a complex joint‑venture delivery structure.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including multi‑discipline schedule integration.
• Proven experience planning major civil, rail or infrastructure projects.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering (highly desirable).
• Experience producing schedule reporting and forecasts for project stakeholders.
• Experience working within joint‑venture delivery structures.
