Senior People Advisor

About the role

The Senior People Advisor will act as a trusted HR partner for our Melbourne and Sydney offices, shaping employee experience and supporting leadership to drive high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, remuneration and compliance.
• Partner with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility to deliver seamless employee experiences.
• Manage initiatives across onboarding, mobility, wellbeing and inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support graduate recruitment, learning & development delivery and people‑manager development.
• Analyse unit trends, maintain dashboards and contribute to workforce planning and diversity programmes.

Required profile

• Extensive HR advisory experience in large or complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Strategic thinking, analytical capability and experience using workforce data.
• Proven track record delivering people initiatives such as onboarding, mobility and inclusion.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of employee relations, performance management, remuneration and compliance.
• Experience with workforce planning, diversity programme monitoring and HR metrics.
