Senior .NET Engineer – Full Stack or Backend (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for senior .NET engineers to join a fast‑growing tech business building large‑scale, customer‑facing platforms used by millions across Australia. The positions are 12‑month contracts with the possibility of extension, and you will work on both greenfield initiatives and existing services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET Core backend services and APIs.
• Build full‑stack features with React and TypeScript for high‑traffic web applications.
• Implement event‑driven, distributed architectures and micro‑services.
• Write clean, test‑driven code following SOLID principles and modern design patterns.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams, participating in planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of all components.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience developing .NET applications.
• Strong understanding of software craftsmanship, clean code, and testing.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, outcome‑focused team.
