Senior Marketing Manager – Fuel & Customer Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand growth and commercial performance, with a focus on Fuel, Grocery and Collectables.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across Fuel, Grocery and Collectables, creating customer‑led strategies that increase volume, transactions and market share.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Fuel, Loyalty, Digital, Retail Media and Operations to align commercial priorities with customer‑facing campaigns.
• Manage internal and external agency partners, developing creative, media and channel briefs and optimizing performance through analysis and insights.
• Lead strategic sponsorship and supplier partnerships, including Mobil, Red Bull and Oracle Red Bull Racing, to drive engagement and commercial value.
• Define campaign objectives, KPIs and success measures, conduct post‑campaign reviews and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior marketing, campaign management or integrated marketing experience delivering large‑scale campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen, data‑driven decision‑making and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, convenience or fast‑paced consumer environments.

Required skills

• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned and in‑store channels.
• Experience leading creative development, media planning and agency management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
