Social Media Manager

About the role

7‑Eleven Australia is expanding its brand presence and needs a savvy Social Media Manager to drive engagement across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms. You will join the Brand Experience and Media team, reporting to the Brand Experience Lead, and collaborate closely with the in‑house content team.

Key responsibilities

• Translate social strategy into an always‑on content and channel plan.
• Lead the influencer and creator programme, managing agency relationships.
• Revitalize community management by responding, engaging and building genuine connections.
• Partner with the media team to amplify paid support for organic content.
• Own the social calendar, publishing schedule, reporting and insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience running organic social for a brand with measurable audience growth.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to create scroll‑stopping content.
• Ability to interpret data and analytics to optimise performance.
• Experience managing creators, influencers or agency partners.
• Confidence to partner with senior stakeholders and present clear viewpoints.
