Retail Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join 7‑Eleven’s Proprietary Marketing Squad to bring retail marketing campaigns to life across coffee, Slurpee, hot, chilled and sweet food ranges. You will support planning, development, production and execution of campaigns across store, digital and customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of retail marketing campaigns for proprietary products.
• Coordinate development of in‑store POS, promotional materials and campaign assets.
• Brief and work with creative, production and print partners to meet campaign requirements.
• Manage timelines, approvals, purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking.
• Deliver campaign assets across stores and other customer touchpoints.
• Partner with marketing, category, operations and agency teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Monitor campaign activity and support post‑campaign reviews and reporting.

Required profile

• At least 3+ years’ experience in marketing, campaign coordination, retail marketing or marketing communications.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves.

Required skills

• Experience coordinating retail marketing campaigns and point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.
• Confidence working with creative agencies, suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong communication and collaborative approach.
