Senior Marketing Executive, Logistics & Industrial Brokerage

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support its national Logistics & Industrial Brokerage team across Australia. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, developing marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand, engage clients and support commercial growth. You will work closely with senior leaders, brokers and marketing teams on national campaigns, submissions, presentations and digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the national Logistics & Industrial marketing strategy.
• Create submissions, pitch documents, presentations, market insights and client communications.
• Coordinate property marketing campaigns across digital, print and social channels.
• Manage campaign briefs, budgets, schedules, advertising, photography, videography and reporting.
• Develop EDMs, LinkedIn content and digital advertising activity.
• Maintain brand consistency across collateral, templates, listings and online profiles.
• Partner with brokers, creative agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Use data, technology, automation and AI tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
• Support and guide marketing coordinators and administration teams across Australia.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, graphic design or a similar role.
• Property or commercial real estate experience is advantageous.
• A marketing or related degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

Required skills

• Intermediate Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Email marketing platforms, social media, CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Creating professional marketing collateral and digital content.
