Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist (Digital)

About the role

Drive MindSpot’s digital growth through targeted marketing campaigns, website and social media management, and strategic communications that increase awareness, registrations and referrals. This senior, hands‑on position reports to the Head of Partnerships and Growth and has no direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns to grow registrations and referrals.
• Manage MindSpot’s website and social media channels, improving reach, engagement, search visibility (including AI‑driven search) and conversion.
• Develop engaging content for consumers, health professionals, government and sector partners.
• Use data, analytics and reporting to measure performance, inform decisions and continuously improve results.
• Support partnership development with targeted marketing collateral, case studies and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Experienced digital marketing professional with a data‑driven approach and strong writing skills.
• Proactive, independent worker who can balance competing priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Motivated by purpose‑driven work, especially improving access to mental health services.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, paid social, email marketing and Google Analytics 4.
• Website content management, SEO, accessibility and conversion optimisation.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract (0.6 FTE) until 30 June 2028 with potential for full‑time extension.
