Senior Manager Value Creation

About the role

Lead Value Creation initiatives in a strategic position, leveraging strong influencing skills to drive profitability and competitive advantage across the ANJK zone.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategic direction for value creation, aligning priorities with business strategy.
• Identify and lead cross‑functional initiatives that improve cost, mix, margin, innovation and ways of working.
• Apply financial and analytical rigor to evaluate, track and report value opportunities.
• Standardise tools, methodologies and governance to enable repeatable execution.
• Build capability across teams through coaching, tools and consistent ways of working.
• Collaborate with Marketing and R&D in a Value Creation Trio to shape priorities and drive execution.
• Communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders and influence cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, value creation, commercial finance or category management, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end FMCG commercial cycle.
• Finance acumen with experience in profitability analysis, business cases and margin improvement.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in a matrix environment.
• Track record of converting strategy into execution and delivering measurable results.
