Senior Manager, Strategic Projects

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Projects to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working closely with the COO and Strategic Operations team, you will turn ambiguous business goals into clear, executable plans that drive commercial and operational transformation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to deliver strategic initiatives from strategy through execution, defining milestones, owners, dependencies and success metrics.
• Lead complex, multi‑team programmes, coordinating Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal and other functions to ensure smooth delivery.
• Analyse data, reconcile information across systems, and investigate operational or commercial issues to validate plans.
• Identify risks, gaps and dependencies early, presenting clear options and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Run project governance activities, including stand‑ups, steering committees, risk tracking and decision logs.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience delivering strategic projects, programme management or consulting in a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to work independently with VP and C‑level stakeholders while influencing without formal authority.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience using data and spreadsheets to test assumptions.
• Commercial acumen across pricing, contracts, revenue and billing, with the ability to spot inconsistencies.
