Senior Manager, Change Management Practice

About the role

The Senior Manager, Change Management Practice leads the Change Management Practice within ANZ's Transformation Delivery Hub, ensuring high‑quality change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and organisational readiness across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Change Management Practice, defining vision, priorities and improvement roadmap.
• Promote contemporary change management approaches, standards and industry best practices.
• Provide expert advice, coaching and constructive challenge to delivery teams and senior leaders.
• Identify and address delivery risks, adoption challenges and capability gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement of frameworks, methodologies, tools and guidance materials.
• Lead and grow the Change Management Community of Practice, facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Contribute to workforce planning, talent strategies and employee value proposition for change professionals.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing change strategies and organisational readiness.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading organisational change management capability or professional practice functions in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption of best‑practice change approaches.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience delivering large‑scale transformation programmes and assessing change health.
