Senior Manager Analytics & Decision Intelligence

About the role

RAA is hiring a Senior Manager, Analytics & Decision Intelligence for a full-time permanent position in Adelaide CBD, reporting to the General Manager Strategy & Growth. The role leads enterprise analytics, strategy measurement and decision intelligence, helping the organisation measure progress, make better decisions and deliver on its strategic ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RAA's enterprise analytics capability and turn data into insights that help leaders understand what works, what does not and where to focus next.
• Develop strategic performance frameworks, enterprise reporting and decision intelligence capabilities so leaders can track outcomes and respond to emerging challenges.
• Work within the Strategy & Growth team to link organisational strategy with enterprise performance.
• Lead enterprise and operational analytics teams and embed a culture where evidence, insight and performance measurement sit at the heart of decision-making.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading enterprise analytics, decision intelligence or strategic insight functions in a complex organisation.
• Track record of developing performance measurement frameworks and strategic reporting that support organisational delivery and accountability.
• Experience using analytics to inform strategic planning, business performance and growth decisions.
• Experience leading high-performing analytics teams and building organisational capability in evidence-based decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, able to work at executive and senior leadership levels.
