Senior Lecturer – Education Focus & MBA Digital Course Director

About the role

The Senior Lecturer (Education‑focused) will join the Business School Online Education unit at Monash University’s Caulfield campus. In this senior academic role you will lead curriculum design, delivery and continuous improvement for online and blended postgraduate programmes, including serving as Course Director for the MBA (Digital) for an initial three‑year term.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate high‑quality online and blended courses across the Business School.
• Provide academic leadership and oversight for the MBA (Digital) programme.
• Collaborate with the Director of Program Development and the Leadership & Executive Education group on strategic initiatives.
• Support industry engagement, leadership development and digital pedagogy capability building.
• Contribute to curriculum development, program coordination and scholarly research in education.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent accreditation in a relevant discipline.
• Strong record of scholarly and professional achievement, especially in MBA programmes and online delivery.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching, curriculum development and academic leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with students, colleagues and industry partners.
• Commitment to educational innovation, scholarship and university service.
