Senior Implementation Consultant – KYC & Identity

About the role

The Senior Implementation Consultant will lead end‑to‑end deployments of GBG’s Identity Verification, Biometrics, Fraud and Regulatory Compliance solutions for strategic and enterprise customers in APAC. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into technical designs and ensuring successful onboarding and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, onboarding and activation projects, including discovery workshops, solution design, configuration, testing and production rollout.
• Provide expert guidance on product architecture, APIs, SDKs, integrations and reporting, and support customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues and dependencies, coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and continuously improve implementation processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex SaaS or identity‑related implementations for enterprise customers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work with technical teams and senior executives.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high‑quality customer outcomes.

Required skills

• REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, SDKs, JavaScript, CSS.
• Integration and testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Splunk, Coralogix or similar.
