Senior Implementation Consultant - CMMS/EDMS

About the role

Accruent, a subsidiary of Fortive, is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant for its Professional Services team in Brisbane, Australia. The role works with customers to understand their business needs and implement Accruent's enterprise software for managing facilities, assets and operations. It is a hybrid position reporting directly to the Manager, Professional Services, with the local office in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to deliver on-site training and consulting for the Accruent product families.
• Balance multiple projects and diverse assignments, and act as a primary point of contact for the Professional Services customer base.
• Collaborate with the project team to understand objectives, collect requirements, configure the software, test and train end users.
• Become a subject matter expert, advising customers on best practice and helping them get value from their investment.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and present confidently, working independently with a focus on customer delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience implementing software technology.
• 5+ years of experience as a Consultant in the CMMS or EDMS software space.
• Experience with all phases of a client software implementation, including needs analysis, project administration, installation, on-site training, troubleshooting and account management.
• Track record of increasing customer satisfaction and deepening client relationships is a plus.
• Experience managing resources and commitments to ensure timely delivery; relocation is not considered and visa sponsorship is not available.
