Senior Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Senior Human Capital Manager will lead HR business partnering and employee relations for Oliver Wyman’s Australian offices, driving a high‑quality people experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead HR Business Partner for Australia, advising market leaders and talent managers on people matters.
• Oversee end‑to‑end HC operations from onboarding through exit, ensuring compliance and service quality.
• Lead, coach and develop the HC Operations team, fostering capability and accountability.
• Drive process improvement and automation using AI and digital tools.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, terminations and senior exits with discretion.
• Own WGEA compliance, reporting and DEI/pay equity action planning.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of HR experience in a large, globally matrixed organisation.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Australian labour regulations.
• Proven ability to use data and technology for decision‑making.
