Senior HR Business Partner – Sydney

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support a leading global organisation operating in an industrial environment. Based in Sydney, you will work in a hybrid model, partnering with senior leaders and managing HR services for a multi‑site, blue‑collar workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR advice to senior business leaders across multiple sites.
• Lead industrial relations, employee relations and enterprise bargaining agreement (EBA) negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment law, WHS regulations and HR policies.
• Drive change, performance management and workforce planning initiatives.
• Oversee talent management, leadership coaching and organisational design projects.
• Utilise HR analytics and HRIS data to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• 15+ years of overall HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Employment Law, IR, ER and EBA processes.
• Proven experience managing complex employee‑relations matters and multi‑site, blue‑collar workforces.
• Experience in industries such as aviation, logistics, manufacturing, engineering or infrastructure is highly preferred.
