Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager – Fountain Gate

About the role

As a Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager you will use your knowledge of the local market to build strong relationships with customers, coach them through the home‑loan journey and deliver an exceptional experience. The role also requires you to self‑source business, similar to mobile lending roles, while developing your own lending capability through training and specialised coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, guiding them through the home loan process.
• Self‑source new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Deliver fast, high‑quality service by leveraging ANZ’s investment in lending operations.
• Utilise dedicated capability coaches to enhance lending skills and expand referral networks.
• Promote digital solutions and educate customers on technology‑enabled banking services.

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Proven track record in a sales role with financial targets and pipeline development.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to network within the community.
• Financial savvy with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability to change and excellent communication skills.
