Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead concept creation for Muscle Republic, producing designs for websites, emails, social, paid advertising and offline activations. Reporting to the Senior Creative Manager, this position is based in Sydney’s CBD and plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Transform ideas into visual assets that engage audiences across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Design templates, graphics, sketches and illustrations for web, socials, ads and OOH activations.
• Execute weekly email campaigns and flows using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Create promotional banners for website and app, and organic/paid social assets.
• Produce motion‑graphic content for social, digital and campaign use with After Effects.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize workflow and ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Analyze graphic performance metrics and use insights to optimise future designs.
• Mentor the Junior Graphic Designer, providing feedback and professional development.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in fitness, activewear or retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing organic and paid socials, web and OOH work.
• Collaborative team player with excellent project‑management skills.
• Experience mentoring or people‑management.
• Full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with Canva.
• Motion‑graphics skills using Adobe After Effects.
• Video‑editing proficiency (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro).
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles for digital projects.
