Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director (Sydney)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director to join our in‑house team in Sydney. You will be the design engine behind our marketing communications, turning briefs into sharp, on‑brand assets across email, social and digital channels while contributing original concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and art‑direct core marketing channels including EDMs, social ads, organic social, e‑commerce assets and digital campaigns.
• Ideate and develop concepts for simple campaigns, bringing strategic thinking as well as production quality.
• Translate briefs from marketing and founders into clean, premium work that drives conversion.
• Maintain brand consistency across Australian, US and UK markets.
• Build and maintain templates and design systems to enable rapid, high‑quality output.
• Support larger brand moments and occasional photo/video shoots as the role evolves.

Required profile

• 4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably with art‑direction or concept work.
• Strong portfolio of premium, design‑led work in beauty, grooming, fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
• Excellent craft in typography, layout, colour and composition; attention to millimetre detail.
• Ability to ideate and conceptualise, not just execute a brief.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of work while maintaining polish.
