Senior Finance Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Senior Finance Analyst – FPA (APAC) will support financial planning, analysis and reporting for Light & Wonder’s Gaming Division across the APAC region. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to monitor strategic, financial and operational plans in a fast‑paced, ASX‑listed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Commercial Manager – ANZ in delivering the annual budget, multi‑year forecasts and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Produce and deliver the monthly reporting suite for regional leadership teams.
• Coordinate and report KPIs across international regions.
• Provide commercial support to regional operations, including supply & demand, inventory and month‑end reporting.
• Model commercial outcomes such as gross margin analysis, price‑list analysis and procurement savings.
• Champion process improvement and finance automation, driving standardisation across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years postgraduate experience in finance, accounting or commercial roles with a commercial focus.
• Proven ability to work as an individual contributor in a large matrix organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large, imperfect data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present financial information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• CA/CPA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Experience with large data sets and AI‑enhanced analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Hyperion or similar planning applications (desirable).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Co‑Pilot or Claude (desirable).
