Senior Finance Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Senior Finance Analyst FPA – APAC will support financial planning, analysis and reporting for Light & Wonder’s Gaming Division across the APAC region. You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders to monitor strategic, financial and operational plans in a fast‑paced, ASX‑listed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Commercial Manager – ANZ in delivering the annual budget, multi‑year and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Deliver monthly reporting suite for regional leadership teams and coordinate KPI reporting across international regions.
• Provide commercial support to regional operations, including supply & demand, inventory and month‑end reporting.
• Model commercial outcomes such as gross margin, price‑list analysis and procurement savings.
• Champion process improvement and finance automation, driving standardisation across teams.
• Combine financial and non‑financial data to support decision‑making and conduct ad‑hoc analysis.

Required profile

• Proven ability to operate as an individual contributor within a large matrix organisation.
• Minimum 5+ years postgraduate experience with a commercial finance focus.
• Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA/ACCA qualified.
• Strong analytic mindset with experience in financial planning and reporting at a business‑unit level.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present financials to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (large datasets, modelling).
• Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Hyperion or similar planning applications (desirable).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Co‑Pilot or Claude (desirable).
