Senior Field Technician I - Nowra

About the role

nbn is looking for a Senior Field Technician based in the Nowra area. As part of a field service team, you will deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses across Australia, from installation to repair and maintenance, working across the network and in customers' premises. The role is permanent and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a field service team to deliver timely, high-quality service to customers, from installation through to repair and maintenance.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, with opportunities for coaching, mentorship and career progression.
• Travel to work areas away from your nominal place of residence when required.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance, fault finding and installs.
• An ACMA licence and a Certificate III or IV qualification.
• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
• Availability to work required hours within the 7am-7pm timeslot.

Required skills

• Copper and fibre network fault finding and installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service, problem solving and comfort working to tight deadlines.
