Senior Field Marketing Manager – Southeast Asia & Oceania

About the role

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will lead field marketing across defence, government and aerospace accounts in Southeast Asia and Oceania. Based in Australia, the role works closely with regional Sales, Business Development and Capture teams to drive account‑based programmes and measurable pipeline impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute field marketing strategies for priority accounts in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and other key markets.
• Develop account‑based marketing plans, mapping buying centres and delivering multi‑touch engagements such as executive briefings, targeted campaigns and industry events.
• Own strategy and delivery of major defence and aerospace events, focusing on high‑value account engagement and executive‑level meetings.
• Partner with Sales to ensure accurate CRM data, campaign tracking in Salesforce and alignment of opportunities with marketing programmes.
• Build and run Marketo campaigns, including audience segmentation, nurture flows and performance reporting.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of field, demand‑generation or integrated marketing experience, with a strong focus on government, defence or aerospace markets in Southeast Asia and/or Oceania.
• Proven success in account‑based marketing for complex, long‑cycle procurement environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce CRM (campaign creation, ID management, pipeline reporting) and Marketo (campaign build, segmentation, nurture).
• Ability to engage senior military and government leaders across multiple cultures and travel extensively throughout the region.
