Senior Estimator – Commercial Refurbishment

About the role

You will lead estimating for a variety of commercial construction and refurbishment projects, guiding the process from tender through to handover while collaborating closely with project delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, risks and potential variations.
• Manage tender processes, budgets and cost plans.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

Required profile

• Experienced estimator with strong commercial understanding.
• Previous experience estimating commercial construction in Australia, including refurbishment projects up to $10M.
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Proactive, collaborative approach.
