About the role
Toll Group is looking for a Senior Enterprise Platform Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution delivery and platform ownership across ServiceNow, Workday and Salesforce. The role translates business requirements into scalable, secure solutions and manages architecture, delivery, governance and continuous improvement across multiple enterprise platforms. It involves technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, close collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery partners, and contributing to the evaluation and adoption of native AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and design scalable solutions across Workday, ServiceNow and Salesforce
- Configure, build and deploy platform solutions using declarative tools and targeted custom development
- Own solution architecture, documentation, governance and release management
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, sprint planning and solution demos
- Provide technical leadership to offshore delivery partners and conduct peer reviews
- Identify technical debt and contribute to platform health and AI roadmaps
Required profile
- 5+ years of hands-on delivery experience across two or more of Salesforce, ServiceNow or Workday
- Strong understanding of platform-specific data models, security and configuration tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and switch context within a complex delivery portfolio
- Experience working with offshore partners in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to AI and automation in enterprise platforms (desirable)
- Must be entitled to work in Australia and ready for pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical
Required skills
- Salesforce, ServiceNow and/or Workday certifications (preferred)
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
