Senior E-Commerce Manager

About the role

Goodman Fielder is looking for an ambitious, commercially savvy Ecommerce Manager to take its digital growth agenda to the next level. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Innovation, the role owns and accelerates ecommerce growth across major supermarket customers, unlocks new channels and explores emerging routes to market. It sits at the intersection of growth, innovation, commercial strategy, customer partnerships and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the ecommerce business with Australia's leading retailers and digital platforms
• Develop and run key online events such as Black Friday, Easter, Christmas and major promotional campaigns
• Build strategic digital joint business plans that deepen customer partnerships
• Identify new ecommerce, marketplace and direct-to-consumer opportunities
• Use customer, consumer and market insights to shape decisions and maximise performance
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies that balance growth and profitability
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience across FMCG sales, ecommerce, account management, retail buying, digital or marketing
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth
• Experience using customer, market and consumer data to identify opportunities
• Collaborative style, able to influence without authority
• Growth mindset and curiosity, with resilience and a passion for turning ideas into action
