Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead growth for three purpose‑driven brands in spiritual development, essential oils, holistic wellness and education. Working remotely from South Africa, you will partner with the Business Owner to translate a strong brand voice into measurable digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and growth strategies across three brands.
• Manage CRM systems, subscriber databases, customer journeys and automated workflows.
• Create, test and distribute email campaigns, newsletters and weekly bulletins while improving deliverability and engagement.
• Maintain and update brand websites, build landing pages, lead‑generation funnels and optimise conversion pathways.
• Lead on‑page SEO, conduct keyword, topic and competitor research to boost organic visibility.
• Support the Business Owner with blog research, drafting, proofreading and editorial refinement.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in digital marketing, growth strategy and performance analytics.
• Strong storytelling sensibility combined with a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, respect existing brand voice and collaborate closely with the Business Owner.
