Senior Digital Content Writer

About the role

Join Marsh's Superannuation Marketing team as a Senior Digital Content Writer on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide, you will help create clear, engaging and accessible digital content for the Superannuation website, turning complex financial information into plain‑English guidance for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creation, review and optimisation of high‑quality website content.
• Write digital copy that is clear, customer‑focused and compliant with brand, legal and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to information architecture, recommending content groupings, navigation labels and page hierarchy.
• Partner with Digital/UX and Product teams on content audits, journey mapping and sitemap recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience writing for digital platforms, preferably in superannuation, financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information with exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
