About the role
Join Lion’s Design team on a fixed‑term contract until 30 June 2027 and bring senior‑level design craft to a diverse portfolio of iconic brands. You will develop high‑quality creative concepts and see them through to final artwork, contributing to the visual identity and market success of Lion’s products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative and design work across a broad range of Lion brands.
- Take design concepts through to a stage ready for artwork and execution.
- Apply senior‑level design thinking and craft to all projects.
- Collaborate closely with the broader design team.
- Support a variety of brand and design priorities across the business.
Required profile
- Strong experience working at Senior Designer level.
- Well‑developed creative and design capability.
- Ability to work across different brands and design styles.
- Previous experience on packaging design.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a creative team.
- Confidence taking creative work from concept through to design‑ready execution.
