Senior Designer – Fixed-Term (6 months)

About the role

Lyka is seeking a brand‑obsessed, creative Senior Designer to join its in‑house marketing team at the Alexandria HQ. You will work closely with the Design Lead and broader creative team to produce high‑impact designs that support performance marketing, packaging, and overall brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality creative assets across digital, print, web, packaging, social, and internal channels.
• Concept, design and iterate performance‑marketing creative for paid channels, collaborating with the Growth team to test and optimise.
• Help evolve and maintain Lyka’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth and product teams on campaign assets, product launches and internal initiatives.
• Support the creation and upkeep of brand guidelines, design systems and best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of design experience in FMCG, lifestyle, retail or agency environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in design or a related art field.
• Strong art‑direction and conceptual skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, openness to feedback and passion for brand storytelling.
