Senior Dental Assistant - Full-Time

About the role

A modern Chatswood practice offering general dentistry, implant surgery, clear aligners and digital dentistry is recruiting a full-time Senior Dental Assistant. You will work closely with the principal dentist and an experienced clinical team, helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Chairside assistance across general, implant and clear aligner treatments
• Surgical preparation and treatment coordination
• Sterilisation, instrument tracking and infection control
• Stock, laboratory work and treatment preparation
• Maintain accurate records and efficient workflows using Dental4Windows
• Reception support when required

Required profile

• At least three years of dental assisting experience
• Implant and clear aligner experience
• Certificate III or IV in dental assisting desirable
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and warm, confident communication

Required skills

• Dental4Windows experience preferred

What we offer

• $38-$42 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience
• Permanent full-time position of approximately 38 hours per week
• Exposure to implants, bone grafting and full-arch rehabilitation

The proposed roster is Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:45 am-6:15 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday 8:45 am-3:30 pm. Applications are made through the recruiter.
