Senior Data & Analytics Reporting Lead

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (APAC) is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Reporting Lead to head its reporting and analytics team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, scalable data solutions using Power BI, Power Automate and Databricks while ensuring alignment with business requirements and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and analytics team to deliver data solutions on time within sprint cycles and BAU commitments.
• Review, optimise and govern complex Power BI data models and DAX calculations.
• Design, implement and manage Power Automate workflows and governance frameworks.
• Oversee data engineering pipelines, including ETL/ELT processes, orchestration and performance tuning.
• Conduct code reviews for SQL, Python and related data‑engineering scripts.
• Ensure adherence to data architecture best practices and standards.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query).
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks and complex Power BI model optimisation.
• Proven experience with Power Automate workflow creation and governance.
• Deep understanding of data engineering concepts such as ETL/ELT, pipelines and orchestration.
• Ability to review and improve SQL and Python code for data solutions.
• Knowledge of data architecture best practices and performance optimisation.
