Senior Customer Lifecycle Specialist

About the role

Fever is seeking a Senior Customer Lifecycle Specialist to develop and execute CRM and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels, focusing on email, push notifications and in‑app messages. You will help shape the customer journey from first contact to lifelong fan, ensuring campaigns are performance‑driven and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage activation of customer data to create and execute an end‑to‑end CRM strategy and communications plan.
• Continuously refine multi‑channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle, contact strategies, and key client segments.
• Define success metrics for campaigns, own weekly/monthly reporting and conduct ad‑hoc deep dives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to develop and optimise CRM flows to drive revenue.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
