Senior Content Specialist

About the role

Halter is looking for a Senior Content Specialist to own and craft the stories, copy and video that bring the brand to life in Australia. You will work closely with producers on‑farm and translate their experiences into content that builds trust, drives leads and supports existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Australian content strategy, aligning audiences, formats and revenue priorities.
• Create case studies, blogs, email campaigns, social posts and product launch materials that resonate with beef and dairy producers.
• Collaborate with the Senior Campaigns Specialist and global brand team to ensure consistent tone of voice and regional relevance.
• Interview producers on‑farm, turn insights into compelling narratives and manage the end‑to‑end production process with creative freelancers.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot and Webflow, and optimise content based on data.

Required profile

• 5+ years of content writing and marketing experience with a portfolio of storytelling work.
• Customer‑focused mindset, comfortable spending time on farms and translating producer feedback into commercial messaging.
• Data‑curious and commercially minded, able to measure content impact on leads and retention.
• Self‑organised, able to juggle multiple projects and know when to escalate.
