Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex, ambiguous challenges for global enterprises. You will shape customer strategy, drive transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable impact across experience, operations, and digital domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic problem‑solving and transformation projects across multiple industries.
• Structure and analyze complex business challenges, identify root causes, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to define priorities, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Translate operational and business needs into practical solutions that improve performance.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision‑making and business case development.
• Support the execution of transformation programs, ensuring seamless movement from strategy to implementation.

Required profile

• Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation, or business improvement.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous environments.
• Track record of leading or supporting process improvement, organisational change, or customer‑focused initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
