Senior Consultant – Privacy, Data & Martech Advisory (Practice Lead)

About the role

This senior consulting position sits at the intersection of privacy, data, and marketing technology. Based in Sydney with a hybrid work model, you will help shape the next phase of a boutique Australian consultancy, driving strategic growth for clients and the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships and act as a trusted adviser on data, privacy, consent, measurement and martech strategy.
• Identify and expand commercial opportunities within existing accounts through consultative engagement.
• Provide strategic direction to a specialist consulting team, fostering a growth‑oriented culture.
• Collaborate with ownership on business evolution, potentially taking on broader general‑manager responsibilities over time.

Required profile

• Proven senior consulting experience in advisory, agency, martech, data or digital transformation environments.
• Ability to speak credibly with senior stakeholders about data strategy, privacy regulations and marketing technology.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of growing accounts and spotting long‑term opportunities.
• Comfort working in a small, entrepreneurial setting where influence and judgement are key.
