- Translate organisational strategy into practical change delivery, including change impact, stakeholder and readiness assessments and targeted interventions.
- Deliver change across people, process, policy, technology and experience, including stakeholder engagement, communications, capability uplift and transition planning.
- Facilitate client and stakeholder discussions and workshops, synthesising complex information into practical recommendations and actions.
- Develop clear change narratives and communications, and support junior team members in delivering client outcomes.
Required profile
- Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance through AGSVA.
- Demonstrated experience delivering consulting or change management services in Australian Government environments.
- Experience delivering change workstreams in complex transformations such as operating model, workforce, process or system change.
- Strong consulting capability and stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including running workshops.
Accreditation or qualifications in change management, organisational psychology, strategic communications or behavioural science are welcomed. The ideal candidate also has experience in change impact assessment, readiness, intervention design, change narratives, organisation and workforce design, capability uplift, transition planning and human-centred design, though not all are required.
What we offer

- Flexible work arrangements.
- A benefits package including a yearly wellness incentive, an extra 8 weeks of flex leave per year and family-friendly policies such as up to 26 weeks of gender-neutral paid parental leave.
- A competitive salary open to negotiation depending on skills and experience.
