Senior Consultant, Asset Management & Operations

About the role

Join Aurecon’s Asset Management & Operations Advisory team to help clients optimise their asset base throughout its life‑cycle. You will work with a diverse portfolio of private and public sector clients across transport, infrastructure, defence, energy, resources and utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and foster client relationships by delivering high‑quality asset management projects.
• Translate analytical outputs into actionable decisions for a range of stakeholders.
• Identify and implement solutions in asset management strategy, planning, and performance improvement.
• Build and assess effective asset management systems, reliability services, and operational readiness.
• Conduct asset integrity management, condition assessments, and capital performance improvements.

Required profile

• Understanding of Asset Management principles and/or a background in an engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in asset management within energy, water, transport, buildings or resources sectors.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and client‑engagement capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills across all business levels.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and build internal and external stakeholder networks.
